"For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light." -- (Luke 16:8).

Apostle Suleiman and Gov., El-Rufai |
Ever since the British government fraudulently amalgamated the Christian South and the Muslim North into one country, the oligarchic north had always acted shrewdly in employing divide and rule tactics to dismantle the unity of the south, and ensuring that the south remain in perpetual servitude to them.
Any voice raised against their oppression is readily silenced, covertly or overtly. In fact, during the military regimes of the past, most southern vocal activists such as Ken Saro Wiwa, Fela Kuti, Gani Fawehinmi, Tai Solarin, etc., were either killed or sentenced to many years imprisonments on trumped up charges.
The same still goes on today.
Popularly known as the Kaduna Mafia, no one challenges these feudal lords in this dubious entity called Nigeria and go Scot free. Not even to express yourself freely as enshrined in the constitution nor to challenge their clandestine islamization agenda in the country, else they will deploy every available arsenal in their disposals to silence and reduce you to rubbles.

According to a former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, this same group masterminded the crashed helicopter of General Andrew Azazi and Gov. Patrick Yakowa few years ago.
Azazi was the National Security Adviser of then President Goodluck Jonathan. He is from the south. Azazi’s crime was that he revealed that the Boko Haram terrorism was the brain-child of 2015 political power play by the north. He was killed because he dared the north. Governor Yakowa’s crime too was only because he is a Christian governor in Kaduna state. It seems he occupied a seat exclusively reserved for Muslims. They both died the same day in a helicopter crash whose investigation hitherto has not been made public.

In 2015 also, Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, was arrested by the DSS for leading a secessionist attempt of his region from the fraudulent grip of the north. He was locked up by the DSS, but when they saw the massive protest been carried out by his people against the government, the security agencies concocted lies and photoshop-ed pictures of how Kanu was arrested with a prostitute in his hotel room.

It was a blackmail purely made to diffuse his growing popularity. When they saw this has failed, they concocted another lie of how he apologized to Buhari and denied Biafra agitation in the prison. But in all the Biafran people understood the antics of the security agencies and maintained their loyalty to him.

Today, it is Apostle Johnson Suleiman. He seems to have threaded where the angels dread to go. And what was his crime? He only admonished Christians, who have been massacred with impunity by a group of sponsored Fulani herdsmen, to defend themselves from the herdsmen attack. Remember these killer herdsmen have been rated as the fourth most deadly terrorist group in the world, and are seen as instruments of the islamization agenda in Nigeria. They only kill within Christian-dominated communities.

Armed Herdsmen |
First, there was an attempt to arrest Apostle Suleiman in his hotel room after a crusade he had in Ekiti State. It was foiled by the governor of the State, Ayo Fayose. And many Nigerian Christians condemned the attempted arrest.
Not satisfied, and apparently swearing to deal with the reverend gentle man, the DSS formally invited him to their Headquarters in Abuja with a view to arrest him. But it failed again as Nigerian Christians rallied round him.
But just like the devil who cannot rest until it takes hold of its captive, an integrity-ridden plan was hatched by these cabals, to tear to shred and reduce the publicly-perceived integrity of the man of God to rubbles, so that his popularity amongst his constituency – the Christian community - will wane, then he can be captured and preyed upon.
A sex-scandal was formulated and the media paid heavily to project the man of God guilty in the court of public opinion.
Now my problem with all these is not about the scandal, but about how Nigerian Christians are not able to decipher and understand the political times we are-in, in Nigeria. Remember, “The children of Issachar understood the times and knew what Israel should do.” – (1 Chron 12:32). But most Nigerian Christians lack this understanding. They are easily incited against each other from an outside enemy.
The worst form of battle is an internal battle instigated by an outside enemy. They will keep you busy with the battle while perfecting their original plan of total decimation

Let me even assume that the scandal is true; then, why must Christians whom he has defended form killer-herdsmen in the past be aligning with the same herdsmen to accuse the pastor of infidelity – what a shame?
In 2015, when Ese Oruru, a teenage Christian from south, was abducted, impregnanted, forced-converted to a Muslim, and kept at the premises of the Emir of Kano, how many Moslems did you hear criticising Emir Sanusi?
In 2013, when 25-year-old Charity Uzoechina, the daughter of a Redeemed Pastor, Mr. Uzoechina, was abducted, forced-converted to a muslim and kept at the Etsu Nupe palace, how many muslims did you hear that criticized the religious leader. In short, all Muslims rose in defense of him. But the reverse is the case in Christendom. What a pity!
Nevertheless, all I know is that whatever did not break a man will make him. This is only for a moment and a trying period for the Christendom, not just for Apostle Suleiman -- and at the end the Almighty God, the God of Justice, whom we serve will surely vindicate his own.
